As a former touring musician himself, playing with a range of incredible talents including The Beach Boys, you can often find Carli at the piano in the evenings. Dear patrons,
Please notice that we have established new rules regarding reservations in our establishment.
At Carli's, we are genuinely and in heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful clientele which has supported us for the last 25 years. However, in order to keep the integrity and quality of service—also due to the limited space, high demand, and special circumstances, we have new rules and limitations to observe regarding reservations.
1- RESERVATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. That means that while we will do our best to honor an existing reservation, be it direct or via Open Table, there may be times when at our discretion, we may have to revoke the same. THIS DECISION WILL NEVER BE BASED ON RACE, GENDER, OR SOCIAL STATUS.
2- The wait time for the arrival of a reservation is 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the table will no longer be reserved and becomes available to another party. However, if there's space available we will happily accommodate.
3- Groups of four or more will not be seated until the group is complete. The maximum wait will be 20 minutes until the table becomes available for another party in waiting. In that event, we will do our best to correspondingly accommodate the portion of the party already present.
4- We are not responsible for Open Table reservations that don't get to our reservation OP log or book, EVEN if a customer has a receipt of the same. However, if there's space available we will happily accommodate.
